The BBP Enterprises training development model use the time-tested ADDIE training development process. ADDIE stands for:

We follow these steps to ensure the success of your project:

Analysis: Determine the Client's Objectives
  • Meet with sponsors, key stakeholders and representatives of the target audience to determine their objectives.
  • Identify the skills and training needs of the target audience.
  • Define training delivery modalities, timing, and learner roles.
Design: Understand the Client and their Customer's Environment
  • Determine employee and customer current level of content mastery.
  • Indentify existing content and learner expertise with the target system or intiative.
  • Create a detailed outline that meets the defined training objectives.
Develop: Create the Learner Training Program
  • Review existing courseware and materials.
  • Meet with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather training content.
  • Develop focused training materials.
  • Build activities and knowledge checks to ensure learner retention of key skills and knowledge.
Implementation: Deliver the Learner Training Program
  • Provide initial training to trainers, superusers and customer representatives.
  • Conduct training for all learner roles.
  • Provide training delivery support.
Evaluation: Compile and Report Training Feedback
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders, SMEs, learners and customers.
  • Share discoveries, issues, and lessons learned.
  • If appropriate, revise training based on feedback and discoveries.
